摘要
目的:评价骨胶原肽膳食对骨折患者术后恢复的影响。方法:选择我院96例骨折患者为研究对象,对照组和观察组各48例。对照组术后实施常规饮食,观察组接受骨胶原肽膳食。比较两组患者术后恢复指标、上臂肌围、小腿周径、骨代谢指标、营养指标和切口并发症。结果:与对照组相比,观察组切口愈合时间、切口干燥时间、引流物放置时间及住院时间均较短,切口并发症发生率较低(均P<0.05)。术后1个月观察组上臂肌围、小腿周径较对照组高,碱性磷酸酶及血清骨钙素水平较对照组低(均P<0.05)。出院前1天观察组外周血前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白和转铁蛋白均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:骨胶原肽膳食可提高营养状态,促进切口愈合,减少并发症,改善骨代谢,加快骨折患者术后康复进程。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of collagen peptide-rich scientific nutritional diet on postoperative recovery in patients with fracture.Methods:A total of 96 patients with fracture in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine diet after surgery.The observation group were given collagen peptide-rich scientific nutritional diet.Postoperative recovery indexes,upper arm muscle circumference,calf circumference,bone metabolism indexes,nutritional indexes and incision complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of incision healing,incision drying,drainage placement and hospital stays were shorter,and the incidence of incision complications was lower in the observation group(all P<0.05).On 1 month after surgery,the upperarm muscle circumference and calf circumference were higher,while the levels of alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of peripheral blood prealbumin,serum albumin,hemoglobin and transferrin were increased in the observation group at 1 day before discharge,when compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Collagen peptide-rich scientific nutritional diet can improve the nutritional status,promote incision healing,reduce complications,accelerate bone metabolism,which may enhance postoperative rehabilitation of fracture patients.
