鼻内镜下动力系统治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效

Effect of Dynamic System under Nasal Endoscope in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的:探讨鼻内镜下动力系统治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾2015年1月-2020年1月在我院确诊为CRSwNP的600例住院患者,根据鼻内镜术中是否采用动力系统分为A组(动力系统手术组)300例和B组(无动力系统手术组)300例。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、术中出血量、鼻腔黏膜恢复时间、鼻腔通气时间、平均住院时间、平均住院费用、Lund-Kenney评分、VAS评分和术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。A组患者术中出血量明显少于B组,黏膜恢复时间和鼻腔通气时间明显短于B组,术后Lund-Kenney评分、VAS评分和并发症发生率明显低于B组(均P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下动力系统治疗CRSwNP具有较好的临床疗效及较高的安全性。

Objective:To explore the effect of dynamic system under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP).Methods:A total of 600 inpatients diagnosed with CRSwNP in our hospital,from January 2015 to January 2020 were enrolled.Patients were divided into the group A(dynamic system surgery group)and the group B(non-dynamic system surgery group)according to the operation method,with 300 cases in each group.The indicators,including effective rate,intraoperative blood loss,nasal mucosa recovery time,nasal ventilation time,mean hospital stays,mean hospital cost,Lund-Kenney score,VAS score,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Results:There was no statistical difference in effective rate between two groups(P>0.05).Compared to the group B,patients in group A had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter mucosal recovery time and nasal ventilation time,as well as lower postoperative Lund-Kenney score,VAS score and incidence of complications(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic system under nasal endoscope could be effective and safe in the treatment of CRSwNP.
