校园红色文化融入高校学生党员教育的对策研究

A Study on the Countermeasures of the Integrating Campus Red Culture into the Education of Student Party Members in Colleges and Universities

红色文化是中华民族宝贵的精神财富,是培养高校大学生党员的重要文化载体。我校在百余年的办学历程中,积淀了宝贵的文化财富,也培育了包括陈毅元帅在内的一代又一代优秀人才,形成了学校丰富的校园红色文化。而高校党支部是党的组织体系中的重要一环,它联系着党和高校师生,并在大学生的成长过程中,发挥着重要作用。对高校学生党员的教育进行研究,有利于巩固基层组织的战斗力,增强学生党员的党性修养,打造创新性党支部。目前,高校学生学生党员存在理想信念薄弱,红色文化和党员教育融入不深,教育方式比较陈旧等诸多问题,应在充分认识我校独有的红色文化资源基础上,采取有效途径推动校园红色文化的融入高校学生党员教育研究。

Red culture is the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation and an important cultural carrier for cultivating college student party members.In the course of running a school for more than 100 years,our school has accumulated valuable cultural wealth and cultivated generation after generation of outstanding talents,including Marshal Chen Yi,forming a rich campus red culture.The university Party branch is an important link in the party s organizational system,which connects the party with the teachers and students in universities,and plays an important role in the growth process of college students.Research on the education of student party members in colleges and universities is conducive to consolidating the combat effectiveness of grassroots organizations,enhancing the party spirit cultivation of student party members,and building innovative party branches.At present,college students and student party members have many problems,such as weak ideals and beliefs,not deep integration of red culture and party member education,outdated education methods.we should fully understand the unique red culture resources in our university,take effective ways to promote the integration of campus red culture into college student party members education research.
