沙参麦冬汤加减联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Modified Shashen Maidong Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treat⁃ment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨沙参麦冬汤加减联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月佳木斯市肿瘤医院收治的50例不可手术(不适宜手术和拒绝手术)的局部晚期(Ⅲ期)非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组24例和研究组26例。对照组进行放化疗,放疗为根治剂量60 GY/30 F,化疗方案同步多西他赛+顺铂。研究组在对照组的基础上加以沙参麦冬汤加减方法进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗总缓解率、用药不良反应发生情况以及生活质量评分。结果:两组患者治疗总缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.297 3,P>0.05)。研究组用药不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.402 8,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.024 9,P>0.05),治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.012 6,P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤加减联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌患者,疗效改善程度明显,能够降低患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率,在一定程度上提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shashen Maidong Decoction+chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:50 patients with inoperable(unfit for surgery and refusal to operate)locally advanced(stage III)non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for the study and ran⁃domly divided into 24 cases in the control group and 26 cases in the study group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy at a radical dose of 60 GY/30 F and a synchronous docetaxel+cisplatin chemotherapy regimen.The study group was treated with Shashen Maidong decoction with addition and subtraction to the control group.The total remission rate,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total remission rate between the two groups of patients treated(χ2=0.2973,P>0.05).The overall incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ2=10.4028,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(t=0.0249,P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores were higher in the study group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=7.0126,P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of non-small cell lung cancer pa⁃tients with Shashen Maidong decoction with addition and subtraction combined with chemotherapy showed significant improvement in efficacy,which could reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment and improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent.
