川崎病合并单侧膝关节疼痛1例并文献复习

A case of Kawasaki Disease Combined with Unilateral Knee Pain and Review of the Literature

目的:分析川崎病合并关节疼痛患儿的治疗及预后情况,复习川崎病的诊治及与其他发热合并关节症状疾病的鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析近期济宁市第一人民医院收治的1例川崎病合并关节疼痛患儿的临床表现、辅助检查、相关治疗及预后。结果:患儿关节症状于3 d后消失,病情好转后出院。结论:川崎病有无合并关节症状可能对于川崎病的预后并无关系,不需要特殊的干预治疗。儿科发热合并关节症状的疾病较多,应注意鉴别诊断。复习并掌握川崎病的规范诊治。

Objective:To analyze the treatment and prognosis of children with Kawasaki disease combined with joint pain,and to review the diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease and the differential diagnosis of Kawasaki disease and other febrile diseases with joint symptoms.Methods:The clinical manifestations,ancillary tests,related treatment and prognosis of a child with Kawasaki disease combined with joint pain recently admitted to the hospital were reviewed and analyzed.Results:The child’s joint symptoms disappeared after 3 d,and he was discharged after his condition improved.Conclusion:The presence or absence of comorbid joint symptoms in Kawasaki disease may not be relevant to the prognosis of Kawasaki disease and does not require specific interventional therapy.The differential diagnosis of fever combined with joint symptoms in pediatrics is more frequent and should be noted.The standardized diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease is reviewed and mastered.
