4种桉树种间种内杂交亲本可配性分析

Analysis of Hybrid Parent Compatibility in Interspecific and Intraspecific Crossings of Four Eucalypt Species

摘要 为了解不同桉树种间、种内树种的杂交可配性,提高人工杂交授粉效率,以尾叶桉、巨桉、粗皮桉、细叶桉为杂交亲本材料进行人工控制授粉,分析树种间、种内不同杂交亲本对坐果率的影响。结果表明:种间不同杂交母本的坐果率呈极显著差异,以细叶桉坐果率最高(27.69%),种内不同单株间呈极显著差异;种间不同杂交父本对坐果率的影响呈极显著差异,以巨桉坐果率最高(25.41%),种内巨桉单株间对坐果率的影响差异不显著,粗皮桉、尾叶桉单株间对坐果率的影响呈显著差异。细叶桉×巨桉、尾叶桉×巨桉、粗皮桉×尾叶桉正反交、细叶桉×粗皮桉杂交组合可配性高,可结合改良目标,作为高效杂交组合重点利用。 This study was conducted in order to understand the compatibility of hybrid parents between interspecific and intraspecific crossing of different eucalypt species,and to improve the efficiency of artificial hybrid pollination used for such hybridizations.In this study,Eucalyptus urophylla,E.grandis,E.pellita and E.tereticornis were selected as the parents for hybridizing that was carried out through artificial controlled pollinations and then analyses were carried out on the influence of these different parents in interspecific and intraspecific crossing on fruit setting rates.The results showed that the fruit setting rates differed significantly among female parents in interspecific crossings,with the highest fruit setting rate of that of E.tereticornis at 27.69%.Meanwhile there were also very significant difference between parents for intraspecific crossings,and with the fruit setting rate of different hybrid male parents in interspecific crossings also showing significant difference with the highest fruit setting rate being from E.grandis used as male parents at 25.41%.There was no significant differences in fruit setting rate among individual E.grandis but there were significant differences in fruit setting rates among individual trees within species between E.pellita and E.urophylla.Hybrid combinations of E.tereticornis×E.grandis,E.urophylla×E.grandis,E.pellita×E.urophylla reciprocal,E.tereticornis×E.pellita were high of hybrid compatibility and these could be used as highly efficient hybrid combinations,depending on overall improvement objectives.
