含间歇性电源的能源基地源网协调发展评价

摘要 由于含风电、光伏等间歇性电源的波动性和间歇性导致能源基地运行中源网不协调、运行经济性欠佳。基于SMART准则,提出了含间歇性电源能源基地的源网协调性评价方法。分析能源基地的主要影响因素,确定可靠性、安全性、经济性、先进性等7个一级评价指标;通过分析各指标的内涵与外延,确定对应的二级和三级指标,对各项指标值进行归一化处理;由多位专家对各项指标重要性打分,利用模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,根据得分和权重得到综合评价结果;根据陇东能源基地实际运行数据验证了该文所提评价方法的有效性。 The fluctuation and intermittency of intermittent power sources including wind power and photovoltaic lead to uncoordinated source network operation and poor operational economy in energy bases.Based on the SMART criterion,a source network coordination evaluation method for energy bases containing intermittent power sources is proposed.The main influencing factors of the energy base are analyzed,and seven first-level evaluation indexes such as reliability,safety,economy,and advancement are determined.By analyzing the connotation and extension of each index,the corresponding secondary and tertiary indexes are determined,and the values of each index are normalized.According to the importance of each index scored by several experts,the fuzzy hierarchical analysis is used to determine the weight of the indexes,and then according to the score and weight,the corresponding comprehensive evaluation result is obtained.Finally,the effectiveness of the evaluation method proposed in this paper is verified according to the actual operation data of Longdong Energy Base.
