应用型大学城教融合育人路径探析

应用型大学作为高素质应用型人才培养的主阵地,主动融入和服务城市发展是其必然选择。应用型大学以大学的五大基本功能(人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新、国际交流合作)为着力点开展城教融合。北京联合大学育人路径的探索是应用型大学城教融合的生动实践,北京联合大学以人才培养为核心带动人才链与产业链融合,以科学研究为支撑带动教育链与创新链融合,以社会服务为目标带动供给侧与需求侧融合,以文化传承创新为动力带动大学文化与城市品质融合,以国际交流合作为路径带动城市与国际融合,通过五大着力点融入和服务北京发展,实现高校和城市互融共促。

As the main source of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,it is inevitable for application-oriented universities to actively integrate and serve the urban development.Application-oriented universities carry out the integration of cities and education revolving around their five basic functions(namely,talent training,scientific research,social services,cultural heritage and innovation,and international exchanges).The exploration of the path of talents cultivation of Beijing Union University is a vivid practice of integration of cities and education in application-oriented universities.Beijing Union University promotes the integrated development of the talent chain and industrial chain with talent training as the core,the integrated development of the education chain and innovation chain with the support of the scientific research,the integrated development of the supply side and demand side with social service as the goal,the integrated development of university culture and urban quality with cultural inheritance and innovation as the driving force,and the integrated development of cities and the world with the international exchange and cooperation as the path,in order to serve the development of Beijing,thus realizing the mutual integration and promotion of universities and cities.
