摘要
皖南地2井是安徽省煤田地质局第二勘探队承担的安徽南陵地区第一口页岩气地质调查井。工区位于南陵凹陷内,设计为小口径全井取心直井钻孔。采用双聚钻井液体系钻进,通过不断改进钻井液工艺技术,项目顺利完成,设计井深1900 m,终孔井深达2011.52 m,钻孔完成质量极高,创造了安徽省98 mm口径绳索取心新纪录。本文从解决的钻井难题出发,总结了现场钻井液维护、管理与调整工艺技术,为该区域及类似区域油气资源地质调查钻井施工提供了参考。
Well Wannan Di-2 is the first geological survey well for shale gas in the Nanling area of Anhui Province.Located in the Nanling sag,it is designed as a small-diameter well for full-length coring and vertical drilling using non-dispersed low solid polymer as drilling fluid.Through continuous improvement of drilling fluid technique,the project was successfully completed,with the final well depth being 2011.52 m,more than the designed 1900 m.The completed well quality was extremely high,and a new record of 98 mm-diameter wireline coring has been made in Anhui Province.Starting from the problems solved,this paper summarizes the on-site drilling fluid maintenance,management and adjustment technique,and provides a reference for oil and gas survey drilling in the future.
