摘要 有关成人学习与专业成长的探讨,要在遵循成人学习的特点和一般规律的基础上,充分考虑成人学习的时代背景和岗位要求,多视角、多层面、全方位进行立体通透的剖析。从成人学习与专业成长的国家逻辑与个人逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑、现实逻辑与未来逻辑、知能逻辑与素养逻辑、个体逻辑与团队逻辑等对立统一的多元视角,确立了探讨成人学习与专业成长的可能坐标,阐释了成人学习与专业成长的理论依据与现实路径,提供了成人学习与专业成长认识的“本土化”建构。
