新农科形势下动物医学专业大学生创新人才培养路径探索与实践——以石河子大学为例

Exploration and practice of innovative talents training for college students majoring in animal medicine under the new agricultural science situation——Take Shihezi University as anexample

[目的]探索在新农科背景下动物医学专业大学生创新人才培养之路。[方法]以石河子大学动物科技学院为例,从思想政治教育、优化课程设计、发挥团委优势、开展学科竞赛4个方面进行实践。[结果]通过实践将思想政治教育融入了创新创业教育,精心设计出了动物医学类创新创业课程,学校共青团为创新创业教育提供了很好的服务,学科竞赛的开展促进了学生的成长。[结论]创新人才培养的实践为动物医学类本科生提供了全覆盖的创新创业教育,有效地提升了毕业生的创新创业能力。

[Objectives]To explore the way of cultivating innovative talents for college students ma-joring in animal medicine under the background of new agricultural science.[Methods]Taking the College of Animal Science and Technology of Shihezi University as an example,the practice was carried out from four aspects:ideological and political education,optimizing the curriculum design,giving play to the advantages of the Youth League Committee and developing discipline competition.[Results]The ideological and political education was integrated into the innovation and entrepreneurship education through practice,and the animal medicine innovation and entrepreneurship course was carefully designed.The Communist Youth League of the school provided good service for the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the discipline competition was opened.The development of discipline competition promoted the growth of students.[Conclusions]The practice of training innovative talents provides full coverage of innovation and entrepreneurship education for animal medicine undergraduates,and effectively improves the graduates’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
