微生物发酵饲料对育肥猪生产性能的影响

摘要 [目的]探究微生物发酵饲料对育肥猪生产性能的影响。[方法]采用随机分组,将240头(80±1kg)育肥猪(杜洛克)随机分为2组,每组分为6栏,每栏20头。试验组育肥猪饲喂玉米-豆粕5%的微生物发酵饲料,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型常规饲料。[结果]前3周,试验组采食量均显著高于对照组,第4周,试验组采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比与对照组相比,分别提高了3.80%、6.44%、2.06%,均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。[结论]饲料中添加5%的微生物发酵饲料,在一定程度上增加了育肥猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量以及料重比,但差异不显著。还需进一步探究微生物发酵饲料中益生菌种类、发酵时间以及饲喂时间等因素对育肥猪生产性能提升的影响。 [Objectives]To study the effect of microbial fermented feed on performance of finishing pigs.[Methods]To undertake the experiment a total of 240 fattening pigs(Duroc)weighing(80±1)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups.The fattening pigs in test group were fed with 5%microbial fer-mented corn-soybean meal diet,while the control groups were fed with corn-soybean meal diet.[Results]The feed intake of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the first 3 weeks,and significantly lower than that of the control group in the 4th week(P<0.05).The mean daily weight gain,mean daily feed intake and feed-to-weight ratio of the experimental group increased by 3.80%,6.44%and 2.06%,respectively,compared with those of the control group,all of which reached significant levels(P>0.05).[Conclusions]Adding 5%microbial fermented feed to the diet increased the average daily gain,DM intake and feed-to-weight ratio of fattening pigs to some extent.Therefore,the effects of probiotics species,fermentation time and feeding time on the performance of finishing pigs need to be further investigated.
