青藏高原地区纤维素分解菌研究进展

摘要 简单概述了纤维素分解机制及影响其分解速率的相关因素,详细综述了在青藏高原特殊环境下纤维素分解菌的研究进展,对来自于自然环境中及高原世居动物消化系统中的纤维素分解菌进行了介绍,随后对纤维素酶在各个行业中的应用进行了阐述。最后针对其发展前景进行展望,为高原地区纤维素酶的开发利用提供理论基础。 In this paper,the degradation mechanism of cellulase and the related factors affecting its degradation rate were briefly described,and the research progress of cellulase producing bacteria in the special environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was reviewed in detail.The cellulase producing bacteria from the natural environment and the digestive system of native animals in the plateau were introduced.Subsequently,the application of cellulase in various industries was described.Finally,the development prospects of cellulase were prospected to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of cellulase in plateau area.
