选矿厂磨选工序筛上粗粒级选别工艺改造

摘要 针对采用0.1 mm细筛后,球磨机台效降低明显的问题,从优化各工艺点选别参数出发,确定问题关键是筛上返回量大,进入一段泵池后易造成泵池冒矿,最终影响球磨机台效。通过现场标定,摸清工艺现状,验算新增筛上泵能力、扬程及筛上泵池储量,改造后浓缩磁选机和二段球磨机能力能满足增加的产能。 In view of the obvious reduction in efficiency of ball mill per set after the adoption of 0.1mm fine screen,through the optimization of the separation parameters of each process point,it is determined that the heart of the problem is the large amount of returns on the screen,which is easy to cause ore overflow in the pump station after entering the primary pump station,and ultimately affects the efficiency of ball mill per set.Through field calibration,the current situation of the process is figured out,the capacity and head of the new pump on the screen,the capacity of the pump station on the screen and whether the capacity of the thickening magnetic separator and the second stage ball mill after the transformation can meet the increased capacity are calculated and verified.
