摘要
根据宁波钢铁公司原料及工艺参数,开发了网页版的铁矿评价及铁前一体化优化配矿模型,模型界面简洁、操作简单。铁矿评价包括铁矿粉性价比分析,块矿和球团矿性价比分析,烧结矿、块矿和球团矿性价比分析。铁前一体化优化配料模型兼具手动配矿和自动配矿两种模式,可以根据效益最大或成本最低为目标进行优化配矿。模型使用后,有效指导了宁钢铁矿粉的采购,同时一体化配料优化的铁水理论成本较现有人工方案低2.0元/t.铁以上,经济效益显著。
According to the raw materials and process parameters of Ningbo Iron and Steel Company,an iron ore evaluation and pre-iron-making integrated model for optimizing ore proportioning was developed,with brief interface and simple operation.Iron ore evaluation includes cost performance analysis of iron ore powder,cost performance analysis of lump ore and pellets,cost performance analysis of sinter,lump ore and pellet ore.The model has two modes of manual ore proportioning and automatic ore portioning,which can optimize ore proportioning according to the goal of maximum benefit or minimum cost.After the model is used,it has effectively guided the purchase of iron ores in Ningbo iron and steel group Co.,Ltd.,and the theoretical cost of molten iron of optimized integrated proportioning was lower than the existing manual scheme by more than 2.0 Yuan/t,with the remarkable economic benefits.
