摘要
观察标准化病人联合病例引导教学对呼吸内科护理带教质量及实习生评判性思维能力的影响.将2020年9月至2021年10月期间在萍乡卫生职业学院护理学院实习的72例实习生根据随机数表法平均分为对照组和观察组.对照组实施传统的教学方法,观察组实施标准化病人联合病例引导教学法,比较2组护理带教质量、实习生评判性思维能力、带教满意度.结果表明:观察组实际、理论、总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);带教后2组CTDI-CV评分均高于带教前(P<0.05),观察组CTDI-CV评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组带教总满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).由此可见,标准化病人联合病例引导教学可提高呼吸内科带教质量、实习生评判性思维能力及带教满意度,值得推广应用.
To observe the effect of standardized patients com bined with case guided teaching on the quality of respiratory medicine nursing teaching and the interns'critical thinking ability,72 interns working in the Pingxiang Health V ocational College from September 2020 to October 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group implemented the traditional teaching method,while the observation group implemented the standardized patients combined with case guided teaching method.The quality of nursing teaching,the critical thinking ability of interns,and the teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results show that the actual,theoretical and total.scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);CTDI-CV score of the two groups after nursing teaching was higher than that before nursing teaching(P<0.05),and CTDI-CV score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that the standardized patients combined with case-guided teaching can improve the teaching quality of respiratory medicine,the critical thinking a bility of interns and the teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
