摘要
软梯训练是以软梯为主要器械对人的灵敏素质及协调性进行训练的一种身体素质训练方法.以辽宁民族师范高等专科学校选修篮球课的非体育专业100名学生作为研究对象,运用文献资料、实验对比及数理统计等方法,研究软梯训练对学生灵敏素质的提升效果.结果表明,经过16周的训练后,实验组学生灵敏素质指标除交叉步16×2 m时间外,立卧撑15 s内最大次数、滑步倒跑时间、反复横跨跳20 s最大次数等均明显优于对照组.可见,借助软梯训练可有效提升学生的灵敏素质,具有在普通高校篮球课教学中应用并推广的价值.
The soft ladder training is a kind of physical quality training method using the soft ladder as the main instrument to train people's agility and coordination.Taking 100 non physical education ma-jors who chose basketball as an optional course in Liaoning Normal College as the research objects,this paper used the methods of documentation,experimental comparison and mathematical statistics to study the effect of soft ladder training on improving students'agility.The results showed that after 16 weeks'training,except the cross step16X2 m,the students agility index of the experimental group in the maxi-mum number of burpee within 15 s,sliding step backward test,and 20 s repeated cross jump are signifi-cantly better than those of the control group.It can be seen that the soft ladder training can effectively improve the students'agility quality,with the value of application and promotion in the basketball teach-ing of colleges and universities.
