基于SWOT分析的发展壮大村集体经济的策略研究——以贾台子村为例

Strategy research on developing and strengthening village collective economy based on SWOT analysis:Taking Jiataizi village as an example

为了研究发展壮大村集体经济的发展路径,实现乡村振兴,以贾台子村为例,采用SWOT分析方法分析贾台子村发展壮大村集体经济所具有的优势、机会,以及所面临的劣势、威胁,并从分析结果出发,提出了大力发展特色产业、发展农村电商、加强劳动力技能培训、吸引劳动力回乡创业等发展村集体经济的具体策略,为广大农村地区发展壮大村集体经济提供了参考.

In order to study the development path of developing and strengthening the village collective economy and achieve rural revitalization,Jiataizi village was taken as an example,and SWOT analysis method was adopted to analyze the advantages and opportunities that Jiataizi vil-lage has in developing and strengthening the village collective economy,as well as the disadvanta-ges and threats faced with.Based on the analysis results,the paper proposed some specific strat-egies to develop village collective economy,such as vigorously developing characteristic indus-tries,developing rural e commerce,strengthening labor skills training,and attracting labor to return home to start businesses,which provides reference for the development and expansion of village collective economy in the vast rural areas.
