摘要
对具有在位势的二维双原子正方晶格的振动方程进行求解,得到第一布里渊区中沿Γ-Χ、Γ-M和X-M三种对称方向的振动频率和极化向量,并讨论了在位势对色散关系及振动极化的影响。结果表明,在位势提高了三种对称方向及三个高对称点的振动频率,但不改变格波的简并度和极化特性。
The latticevibration equations of two-dimensional diatomic square lattice with on-site potential are solved, and then the vibration frequencies and polarization vectors along three symmetry direction ofΓ–Χ,Γ–Mand X–Mare are obtained. This paper discusses the impact of on-site potential on the dispersion relation of two-dimensional diatomic square lattice. It is found that the frequency of lattice waves at each point of Γ, X, M and along the three symmetric directions are all increased, while the degeneracy and polarization of lattice waves are not changed by on-site potential.
