关于改革开放对毛泽东工业化思想继承的分析

An Analysis on the Inheritance of Mao Zedong’s Industrialization Thought by Reform and Opening-up

如何正确理解毛泽东思想与中国特色社会主义理论的关系,涉及改革开放路线对毛泽东经济思想的继承这一问题。对此,我国少数学者对改革开放前后两期的关系存在误解,以计划经济体制与市场经济体制的不同而割裂对待,尤其以后期成果对前期进行否定,割裂它们的联系。事实上,改革开放前的经济建设为后期的改革发展奠定了基础,反映在理论上的核心内容是改革开放理论对毛泽东经济思想的继承。改革开放坚持工业化建设之路,坚持以工业化来推动现代化等,都直接体现对毛泽东工业化思想的继承发展。改革开放前后两个时期的工业化建设所依赖的经济环境、战略手段虽有不同,但目标是殊途同归的,都是为了现代化建设,在这一实践事实上,后者是对前者的继承发展。

The correct understanding of the relationship between Mao Zedong Thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics involves recognizing the inheritance of Mao Zedong’s Economic Thought from the reform and opening-up line.Some scholars in China have mistakenly treated the two periods before and after the reform and opening up as separate,based on the difference between the planned economic system and the market economic system.In reality,the economic construction before the reform and opening up laid the foundation for the later reform and development.The core content reflected in the theory is the inheritance of the reform and opening up theory to Mao Zedong’s economic thought.The reform and opening up adhered to the road of industrialization construction and insisted on promoting modernization through industrialization,which directly reflects the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s industrialization thought.Although the economic environment and strategic means relied upon for industrialization in the two periods before and after the reform and opening up were different,the goals were the same,both aimed at achieving modernization.In this practice,the latter period represents the inheritance and development of the former.
