摘要
以大连市为例,构建灰色关联模型对经济发展与工业污染源排放进行关联分析,同时对比分析三大主要污染物单位GDP排放。结果表明:大连市经济发展与工业源二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘排放量均为中等或较强关联,工业源氮氧化物关联度最高,关联系数为0.73。单位GDP二氧化硫排放年均递减速率最快,表明大连市二氧化硫排放与经济协调发展的潜力最好。据此提出未来大连市首先应进一步加强工业企业氮氧化物排放控制,其次是工业企业二氧化硫排放控制。
Take Dalian as an example,this paper constructs a grey correlation model to analyze the correlation between economic development and industrial pollution emissions,and makes a comparative analysis of the emissions of three major pollutants per unit GDP.The results show that the economic development of Dalian is moderately or strongly correlated with the emissions of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and soot from industry,and the industrial nitrogen oxides has the highest correlation with the correlation coefficient of 0.73.The annual decrease rate of sulfur dioxide emissions per unit GDP is the fastest,it is indicated that sulfur dioxide emissions have the best potential for coordinated development with the economy.Therefore,Dalian have to cut more emissions of nitrogen oxides first,and the emissions of sulfur dioxide from indusrty next.
