摘要 介绍了考察不同型号阴极电泳漆泳透力差异的试验方法,并通过做泳透力板的连续盐雾试验,对如何确定满足防腐要求的最低电泳膜厚进行了初步探讨,为高泳透力电泳漆的选择和涂层的合理设计提供参考。 The test method for comparing the throwing powder of different cathodic e-coat paints was described.The method based on the continuous salt spray test with the throwing power test panel for determining the minimum e-coating thickness meeting the anticorrosion requirement was preliminarily studied.The experimental results provide some references for the selection of high-throwing-power e-coat paint and the reasonable design of e-coating thickness.
