底层处理工艺对双色车新材料附着力的影响

摘要 介绍了可代替传统色漆与清漆组合的单涂层面漆的特点。对比了不同底层处理工艺对此双色车新材料附着力的影响。划格、石击和高压水冲击测试的结果表明,打磨和火焰处理是保证附着力的有效方法。分析了不同工艺对附着力的影响机理。 The characteristics of a single-layer topcoat which can replace the combination of traditional basecoat and clear coat were introduced.The effects of different substrate treatment processes on adhesion of this new material for two-tone vehicle were compared.The results of cross-cut adhesion test,stone-chip impact test,and high-pressure water flushing test showed that polishing and flaming are effective methods to ensure the adhesion.The mechanisms for adhesion influence under different processes were analyzed.
