摘要
介绍了某B1B2免中涂工艺的涂装线上喷涂珍珠白颜色时车身前后门之间出现色差缺陷的原因分析及整改措施的实施过程。通过在目视较暗的区域增大白底漆B2-1的膜厚来提高对电泳和B1漆膜的遮盖力,优化机器人喷涂轨迹,以及调整涂料配方,解决了该问题。
The cause of color difference between the front and rear doors sprayed with pearl white paint by compact B1B2 process was analyzed.The implementation of countermeasures was described.The problem can be solved by increasing the thickness of white basecoat B2-1 on the visually dark area to improve the hiding of e-coating and B1 basecoat,optimizing the robotic spraying trajectory,and modifying the composition of the paint.
