摘要
基础设施互联互通是推动“一带一路”高质量发展的重要环节,且随着数字技术的创新发展,设施联通对“一带一路”经贸合作的影响将越来越显著。在科学构建设施联通、技术创新和出口增加值理论分析机制的基础上,利用2013~2018年中国制造业上市公司企业数据和OECD-ICIO投入产出表测度数据进行了实证分析。研究发现:“一带一路”设施联通通过降低中间品贸易成本显著促进企业出口增加值率的提升。设施联通通过降低企业国际分工成本,增强了技术创新对企业出口增加值正向溢出效应,同时通过抑制上游企业技术垄断势力,激发技术创新对企业出口增加值的市场竞争效应。此外,基于异质性分析发现,“一带一路”设施联通更能促进中西部地区企业出口增加值的提升;海运联通对企业出口增加值促进作用更强;设施联通对企业出口中低技术产品增加值促进作用更强;设施联通对企业出口发达国家的产品增加值促进作用更强。
Infrastructure connectivity is an important link in promoting the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.With the innovative development of digital technologies,infrastructure connectivity will have an increasingly significant impact on the economic and trade cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.Through theoretically analyzing infrastructure connectivity,technological innovations and value-added export mechanism,this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the basis of the enterprise data of Chinese listed manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2018 and the MEASUREMENT data of OECD-ICIO input-output table.The research finds that the infrastructure connectivity under the Belt and Road Initiative can significantly promote the increase of enterprises value-added export rate by reducing the intermediate trade cost of goods.Infrastructure connectivity enhances the positive spillover effect of technological innovations on the value-added export of enterprises by reducing the cost of international division of labor,and stimulates the market competition effect of technological innovations on the value-added export of enterprises by restraining the technological monopoly power of upstream enterprises.In addition,based on the heterogeneity analysis,we also find that"Belt and Road"infrastructure connectivity can promote the increase of the value-added export of enterprises in central and western regions of China.Maritime connectivity plays a stronger role in promoting the value-added export enterprises.Infrastructure connectivity can be more effective in promoting the added value of exported low and medium technology products.It also plays a stronger role in promoting the value-added export of products to developed countries.
