油莎草须根提取物体外抗氧化活性及抑菌性研究

Study on Antioxidant Activity and Antibacterial Activity in Vitro of Extracts from Cyperus esculentus L.Fibrous Roots

摘要 采用DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·、总抗氧化能力3种体外抗氧化模型对油莎草须根(FRCEL)醇提物、水提物及石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、水部位进行抗氧化能力评价;采用滤纸片法和平板稀释法比较FRCEL的抑菌活性强弱.结果表明:FRCEL的醇提物、水提物、石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、水部位清除DPPH·自由基的IC50值分别为1.446、1.380、0.673、0.453、0.268、1.259 mg·mL^(-1);清除ABTS^(+)·的IC50值分别为1.640、1.610、1.156、0.143、0.011、1.598 mg·mL^(-1);各提取物在浓度为10 mg·mL^(-1)时,总抗氧化能力分别为0.311、0.439、0.460、0.507、0.849、0.450.FRCEL的正丁醇部位具有最强的抗氧化活性,其次是乙酸乙酯部位和石油醚部位;FRCEL提取物具有抑菌作用,其对细菌有较强的抑制作用,尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,以FRCEL的石油醚部位的抑菌作用最强. The antioxidant capacity of ethanol extract,water extract,petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction,n-butanol fraction and water fraction of the fibrous roots of Cyperus esculentus L.(FRCEL)was evaluated by using three antioxidant models in vitro:DPPH·,ABTS^(+)·and total antioxidant capacity.The antibacterial activity of FRCEL was compared by filter paper method and plate dilution method.The results showed that IC50 values of alcohol extract,water extract,petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction,n-butanol fraction and water fraction for scavenging DPPH·free radical were 1.446,1.380,0.673,0.453,0.268 and 1.259 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.The IC50 values of ABTS^(+)·were 1.640,1.610,1.156,0.143,0.011 and 1.598 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.At the concentration of 10 mg·mL^(-1),the total antioxidant capacity of each extract was 0.311,0.439,0.460,0.507,0.849,0.450.The n-butanol fraction of FRCEL had the strongest antioxidant activity,followed by ethyl acetate and petroleum ether fraction.FRCEL extract has antibacterial effect,and it has strong antibacterial effect on bacteria,especially Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and petroleum ether has the strongest antibacterial effect.
