摘要
传统的太阳能控制系统存在控制方式单一、可靠性差、扩展和维护不方便且成本高等问题.为此结合实际对原有控制系统进行改造,选用PLC、触摸屏、变频器、传感器等控制模块,通过对控制系统的硬件结构分析和电气线路设计,实现了系统智能化和节能化控制,达到了改造的目的.
The traditional solar energy control system has the problems of single control mode,poor reliability,inconvenient expansion and maintenance,and high cost,etc.In this paper,the original control system is reformed according to the actual situation.PLC,touch screen,frequency converter,sensor and other control modules are selected.Through the hardware structure analysis and electrical circuit design of the control system,the intelligent and energy-saving control of the system is realized,and the purpose of the transformation is achieved.
