摘要
针对传统小户型厨房的设计特点及存在的问题,秉承以人为本的设计理念,依据厨房的空间设计、功能设计、人体工学尺度设计等原则对住宅小户型厨房设计进行了研究,通过对操作空间、清洁空间、烹饪空间及收纳空间的改进,以适应人们的住房需求,提升居住品质。
Aiming at the design characteristics and existing problems of the traditional small-size kitchens,adhering to the people-oriented design concept,the research on the design of residential small dwelling-size house kitchen is studied,which is based on the design principles of kitchen space,functions,and ergonomic scales.Through improving the operation,cleaning,cooking,and storage space to meet people s housing needs,the quality of living is enhanced.
