摘要
为了寻求生菜叶片的类胡萝卜素含量的快速测定方法,对生菜叶片的类胡萝卜素含量和SPAD值进行了相关性分析,并建立了两者之间的回归方程。结果得出,乘幂方程的决定系数为0.7217,表明该方程拟合效果较好;对优选出的乘幂方程进行模型验证,得出类胡萝卜素含量的预测值和实测值之间的决定系数为0.6740,P值为0.7190,表明两者间相关性较好,且无显著差异。研究结果为生菜叶片类胡萝卜素含量的快速、无损和较精确的测定提供了一种可行方法。
In order to find a rapid determination method of carotenoid content in lettuce leaves,the correlation between carotenoid content and SPAD value of lettuce leaves was analyzed and the regression equations between them were established.The results show that the determination coefficient of the power equation is 0.7217,which indicates that the equation has a good fitting effect.The power equation was verified.The results show that the determination coefficient between the predicted and measured value of carotenoid content is 0.6740,and the P value is 0.7190.Obviously,the correlation between them is the better and there is no significant difference.The results of this study provide a feasible method for rapid,non-destructive and accurate determination of carotenoid content in lettuce leaves.
