生态环境建设需求下林学一级学科硕士研究生人才培养质量研究

Research on the Quality of Talent Training for Postgraduates in the First-level Discipline of Forestry under the Needs of Ecological Environment Construction

习近平生态文明思想为我国生态环境建设提供了根本遵循和行动指南,随着人们对生态环境建设的不断重视,林学教育受到社会的广泛关注;而研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,提高研究生培养质量,培养出符合社会需求的高素质复合型人才是研究生教育的重中之重。基于此,本研究以甘肃农业大学林学一级学科为例,从招生、培养、就业三方面探讨了林学研究生教育过程中存在的问题以及制约林学研究生培养质量的主要因素,并提出了改进的建议及措施,以期为林学硕士研究生培养质量的提升提供理论依据和数据支持。

Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought has provided fundamental adherence and action guide for China’s ecological environment construction.As people pay more and more attention to the construction of ecological environment,forestry education has received extensive attention from the society.And postgraduate education shoulders the important mission of high-level talent training and innovation.It is of top priority to improve the quality of postgraduate training and cultivate high-quality compound talents that meet the needs of society.Based on this,this study takes the first-level discipline of forestry in Gansu Agricultural University as an example,and discusses the problems existing in the education process of forestry graduate students and the main factors restricting the quality of forestry graduate training from the three aspects of enrollment,training and employment,and puts forward suggestions and measures to provide theoretical basis and data support for the training quality of postgraduates in forestry.
