This paper analyzes the importance of introducing micro-class teaching model in to the course of leisure food processing technology,and introduces the connotation of micro-class teaching mode,this paper expounds the practical strategies of the micro-class teaching mode from two aspects of strengthening the teaching reform and creating the teaching situation scientifically,and at the same time of optimizing the teaching mode of the course of leisure food processing technology,the advantages and functions of micro-class teaching method can be brought into full play to improve the teaching quality of leisure food processing technology course and students'professional skills and quality.
