微课教学模式在高职“休闲食品加工技术”课程中的构建策略探析

摘要 分析了休闲食品加工技术课程引入微课教学模式的重要性,介绍了微课教学模式的内涵,从加大教学改革力度和科学创设教学情境两个方面论述了微课教学模式的实践策略,在优化休闲食品加工技术课程教学模式的同时,充分发挥微课教学法的优势与作用,显著提升休闲食品加工技术课程教学质量和学生职业技能与职业素养。 This paper analyzes the importance of introducing micro-class teaching model in to the course of leisure food processing technology,and introduces the connotation of micro-class teaching mode,this paper expounds the practical strategies of the micro-class teaching mode from two aspects of strengthening the teaching reform and creating the teaching situation scientifically,and at the same time of optimizing the teaching mode of the course of leisure food processing technology,the advantages and functions of micro-class teaching method can be brought into full play to improve the teaching quality of leisure food processing technology course and students'professional skills and quality.
