新时代高校劳动教育课程规范化建设路径研究

摘要 课程是劳动教育实施的主要渠道。从属于马克思主义理论学科体系的学科属性,为高校劳动教育课程的规范化建设提供了学科支撑;思想引领、知识储备与实践技能的课程目标定位,明晰了劳动教育的发展方向;理论课程、实践课程与文化渗透课程相互融合的课程内容,构成了劳动教育开放式的课程体系;明确家庭、高校与社会的教育主体职责,有助于形成多元协同的劳动教育课程建设机制,有助于构建诊断性、过程性和结果性相结合的评价制度。 Curriculum is the main channel that implements the labor education,and it is subject to Marxist theory system which provides subject support for the standardization construction of labor education curriculum in universities,orients the goal of ideological guidance,knowledge reserve and practical skills,and classifies the development direction of labor education.The content of theory course,practice course and culture permeation course is integrated with each other,which constitutes the open curriculum system of labor education.Clarifying the responsibilities of the education subjects of family,colleges and society is helpful to form a multi-coordinated mechanism of curriculum construction of labor education and to construct an evaluation system that combines diagnosis,process and result.
