摘要
随着国家数字化转型步伐的加快,培养满足未来信息资源管理需要的高层次本科人才变得日益迫切。中国人民大学信息资源管理学院结合自身学科优势和人才培养基础,启动了基于“双数计划”的特色本科人才培养项目改革,通过采取“以先进改革理念为引领、以模块课程建设为抓手、以配套制度设计为支撑”的改革思路框架,应用“设置责任主体,搭建管理架构”“征集师生意见,实施持续优化”“开展试点宣讲,扩大项目认知”等管理举措,深化信息资源管理本科教学改革探索,以期持续提升学院本科人才培养质量和本科专业竞争力。
With the accelerated pace of national digital transformation,it has become increasingly urgent to cultivate high-level undergraduate talents to meet the needs of future information resource management.The School of Information Resources Management of Renmin University of China,combining its own disciplinary advantages and talent cultivation foundation,has launched a unique undergraduate talent cultivation project reform based on the“Double Digital Project”.In the framework of the reform idea of“Led by advanced reform concepts,guided by modular curriculum construction,and supported by supporting system design”,we have explored the deepening of the undergraduate teaching reform of information resource management by applying management measures such as“Setting up person in charge and building management structure”,“Collecting teachers'and students'opinions and implementing continuous optimization”,and“Conducting pilot lectures and expanding project awareness”,in order to continuously improving the quality of undergraduate talent training and the competitiveness of undergraduate majors in the college.
