基于Workbench的油罐车流固耦合系统谐响应分析

摘要 我国成品油料的短程运输以油罐车运输为主,由于路况的影响,在行驶中,尤其是在转弯的过程中,油罐会受到强烈的动载荷的作用,因此晃动的液体和储罐壁面结构的耦合振动是一个非常重要的问题.本文基于ANSYS Workbench/Fluent有限元软件对G_(60)罐体采用单向流固耦合进行谐响应分析.考虑油罐车罐体在转弯时受到溶液的横向冲击载荷,将其简化成一个固定的加速度,在此加速度的作用下对不同充液率的油罐车罐体流固耦合系统进行谐响应分析.结果表明:当罐体受到某一固定冲击时,应力最大处发生在罐体与完全固定支座的连接处;随着充液率的增加,同频率下的应力也随之增加. In China,the short-range transportation of oils is mainly based on tanker transportation.Due to the influence of road conditions,especially in the process of turning,the tank will be subjected to strong dynamic loads during driving.Therefore,the coupling vibration of sloshing liquid and tank wall structure will be a very important problem.Based on ANSYS Workbench/Fluent finite element software,the harmonic response analysis of G_(60) tank is carried out by unidirectional fluid-solid coupling.Considering that the tank body of the tanker will be subjected to the lateral impact load of the solution when turning,the impact load is simplified to a fixed acceleration.Under the action of this acceleration,the harmonic response analysis of the fluid-solid coupling system of the tank car under different filling rates is carried out.The result shows that when the tank body is impacted by a fixed impact,the maximum stress occurs at the connection between the tank body and the fully fixed support.With the increase of liquid filling rate,the stress at the same frequency also increases.
