摘要
新建通苏嘉甬高铁为国家高速铁路网的重要干线铁路,也是长三角一体化发展所必需的城际铁路,地跨江苏、浙江两省,所经区域经济发达,沿线大型企业密布,道路、河流、高压线路错综交叉,生态保护区分布广泛,控制线路方案因素较多,需要综合各方面影响因素进行综合分析。经过现场实地走访、调查,从城镇规划、重点企业拆迁、环境敏感区、高压走廊、公共设施、车站综合开发、建设条件等方面,进行反复比选论证,最终推荐对两省城市规划和环境影响最小,企业厂房拆迁最少,建设条件最好,经济性较优的短隧道穿越水上训练基地经陶庄镇方案。
Newly built Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo High-speed Railway is an important trunk route of the national high-speed railway network,and it is essential to the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.The route passes through Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,and Wujiang District of Suzhou and Jiashan County of Jiaxing City,both with developed economies.Route schemes are heavily influenced by several factors,such as the dense number of large enterprises along the route,the intricate intersections of roads,rivers and highvoltage lines,and the wide distribution of ecological reserves.Therefore,it is imperative to evaluate all influencing factors.This paper analyzes repeated aspects of city planning,demolition of key businesses,environmentally sensitive areas,high-voltage corridors,public facilities,and station development,as well as construction conditions.Accordingly,the scheme of crossing the water training base through Taozhuang town has the least impact on the urban planning and environment of the two provinces,requires the least demolition of enterprise plants,and has the best construction conditions and economy.
