城轨线路出图系统的设计与实现

摘要 为解决城轨线路设计中带影像的线路平面、线路平纵缩图输出效率较低等问题,开发一种城轨线路出图系统。该系统总体框架设计为“数据层-模型层-功能层-应用层”的4层结构,通过研究平面线位的自动绘制、瓦片地图和大影像的动态叠加、各类线路图的自动分幅及布局、图纸自动打印等方法,采用ObjectARX技术编程实现;系统能快速输出各设计阶段、各种尺寸、基于矢量图或影像图的各类线路图纸,并能将DWG格式的文件自动打印成分册的PDF文件。应用表明:采用该系统输出的图形可满足现场踏勘、汇报展示、方案审查、正式出图等业务要求,对于线路长度为60 km的城轨项目,采用本系统输出线路平纵缩图,单次制图时间从原来的5.0 h缩短到0.2 h。 In order to solve the problem of low output efficiency of alignment plan drawings with image map,small-scale alignment schematic drawings and alignment horizontal and vertical thumbnail drawings in urban rail alignment design,a urban rail alignment drawings production system is developed.The overall framework of the system is designed as a four layer structure of“data layer-model layer-function layer-application layer”.By studying the methods of automatic alignment drawings production,dynamic overlying of tile maps and large images,automatic framing and layout of drawings,and automatic printing of drawings,it is developed with ObjectARX technology;The system can quickly output all kinds of alignment drawings in various design stages,in various sizes,based on vector graphics or image graphics,and automatically print the DWG drawings into PDF files in volumes.The application shows that the drawings output by the system can meet the requirements of field survey,report and display,scheme review,formal drawings production and other business processes,and can greatly improve the drawings production efficiency,especially in the output of alignment plan schematic drawings and horizontal-vertical thumbnail drawings,which needs to process image map,the efficiency is improved more obviously.For example,the urban rail project with alignment length of 60 km adopts this system to output the horizontalvertical thumbnail drawings,the single working time is shortened from the original 5.0 h to 0.2 h.
