摘要
为了对服役期间高铁站房的安全状态进行及时评估和科学预警,设计并研发了一套高铁站房结构健康监测系统,包括传感器子模块、数据采集子模块、传输及处理子模块、数据管理子模块、安全评定与预警子模块及用户界面子模块。对各子系统的功能要求和实现方法进行分析,并详细阐述该系统的结构监测内容及测点布置。通过分析济南东客站站房结构关键构件的应变、应力、风荷载等相关数据,得到以下结论:济南东客站站房结构健康监测系统运行平稳,数据传输稳定;站房结构风速、振动加速度、拉索索力等均在合理阈值范围内,结构处于安全状态。实现了对结构状态的实时掌握,有助于保障济南东客站的安全运维,为以后站房结构健康监测系统的设计研发提供借鉴。
In order to ensure and maintain the safety status of high-speed railway station room timely and propose scientific alarm,a health monitoring system was developed which included sensor module,data acquisition module,transmission and processing module,data management module,safety evaluation and early warning module,and the user community module.The functional requirements and realization methods of each subsystem were discussed and studied,and the structure monitoring content and measuring point arrangement of the system were described in detail.Through monitoring the strain,stress,wind load and other related data of key structural components of Jinan east passenger station,the following conclusions were drawn:The health monitoring system of Jinan east passenger station structure run smoothly from January to June,and the data transmission was steady.Wind speed,vibration acceleration and cable force of station house structure were all within reasonable threshold,and the structure was in safe state.The real-time control of the structure state was realized,which help to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of Jinan east passenger station.The system provided references for the design and development of the structural health monitoring system of station houses in the future.
