城市轨道交通盾构隧道内3种典型减振轨道性能比较 被引量:3

摘要 隔离式减振垫浮置板道床、梯形轨枕道床及橡胶弹簧浮置板道床是城市轨道交通项目常用的3种减振道床,为全面对比其性能差异,依托国内某城市轨道交通项目,选取相同的车型、盾构隧道、供电制式,以及基本相同的车速、线路平面曲线、线路纵向坡度条件,从道床方案、模态、共振情况、安全性、减振效果等方面进行对比研究,并对道床施工工艺及施工注意事项进行总结。研究表明,地铁B型车以90~100 km/h速度通过内径5900 mm盾构3种类型减振轨道时,均不会引起共振;行车安全性指标均满足规范要求;隔离式减振垫浮置板道床和梯形轨枕道床均满足>8 dB的减振要求,橡胶弹簧浮置板道床满足>12 dB的减振要求。 Isolated damping mat floating slab track bed,ladder sleeper track bed and rubber spring floating slab track bed are three typical types of damping track beds used in the urban rail transit project.In order to comprehensively compare their performance,relying on a domestic urban rail transit project with same vehicle type,shield tunnel,power supply system,basically the same speed,line plane curve and line longitudinal gradient conditions,comparative study was carried out from the aspects of track bed scheme,mode,resonance,safety,vibration reduction effect,etc.The track bed construction process and construction precautions were discussed.The research shows that,the B-type metro vehicle will not cause resonance when passing through the three types of damping tracks with 5900 mm inner diameter shield at 90~100 km/h;traffic safety indexes meet the specification requirements;the isolation type damping mat floating slab track bed and ladder sleeper track bed meet the vibration reduction requirements of 8 dB,and the rubber spring floating slab track bed meets the vibration reduction requirements of 12 dB.
