摘要
研究了红外加热油页岩热解特性,比较了快速热解和分级热解两种方式对产物收率和组成等的影响,为高温热解条件下获得高收率油气提供新途径.研究结果表明:红外加热可以实现油页岩的快速升温,升温速度高达500~2000℃/min,有效抑制了挥发分二次反应,在1000℃热解条件下,页岩油收率仍可达到铝甑油收率的110%~119%;与红外加热快速热解方式相比,分级热解方式有效避免了挥发分在高温下的裂解,在热解温度为600~1000℃时,页岩油收率不随热解温度升高而降低,实现了高温热解条件下同时高收率制备油气.
The characteristic of oil shale pyrolysis with infrared heating was analyzed in this study.And the influence of different pyrolysis methods,such as rapid pyrolysis and staged pyrolysis on products yields and compositions were also compared for gaining a new way to achieve a high-yield oil and gas under high-temperature pyrolysis conditions.The research results showed that infrared heating method could realize a rapid heating of shale oil with a heating rate of 500~2000℃/min,thus inhibiting the second reaction of volatiles effectively.Thereby the yield of shale oil still amounted to 110%~119%of Fisher assay oil yield at 1000℃.Compared with rapid pyrolysis,the staged pyrolysis could avoid the serious cracking of volatiles at high temperature.When the pyrolysis temperature was 600~1000℃,the shale oil yield for staged pyrolysis didn’t decrease with the increasing of temperature,realizing a high-yield of tar and gas simultaneously at high temperature.
