基于法学人才培养的课程思政教学改革与创新——以《知识产权法》为例

Teaching Reform and Innovation of Curriculum of Ideological and Political Based on the Legal Talent Training:A Case Study of Intellectual Property Law

法学专业课程思政既是高校开展思想政治教育的有效途径,也是培养高素质法治人才的重要保障。为有效推进法学专业课程思政改革,提高人才培养质量,在课程教学中,应充分贯彻落实课程思政教学理念,明确课程思政教学目标;挖掘课程思政元素,构建课程思政教学体系;创新课程思政教学方法,提高育人成效,为法治国家建设培养大批德法兼修的高素质法治人才。

Curriculum of ideological and political of law major is not only an effective way to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality legal talents.In order to effectively promote the curriculum of ideological and political reform of the law major and improve the quality of talent training,teachers should fully carry out the teaching idea of the curriculum of ideological and political and clarify the teaching objectives of the curriculum of ideological and political;excavate elements of the curriculum of ideological and political,and construct a curriculum ideological and political teaching system;innovate curriculum ideological and political teaching method to improve the effectiveness of education,so as to train a large number of high-quality legal talents with both moral and legal practices for the construction of a country ruled by law.
