高管学术经历、企业社会责任与企业绿色创新

摘要 企业绿色创新过程中技术溢出的“正外部性”与环境污染的“负外部性”导致企业的管理层与企业的利益相关者之间出现决策分歧,这一分歧可以通过强化企业社会责任的履行来予以疏导和化解。以我国A股上市公司为观测样本,对企业绿色创新的影响因素进行实证检验,研究发现:高管学术经历与企业绿色创新呈显著的正相关关系;企业社会责任在高管学术经历与企业绿色创新之间具有部分的中介效应;相较于非国有企业,高管学术经历对企业绿色创新的促进作用在国有企业中更显著,且这种促进作用在大型企业中的效果比中小型企业明显。因此,企业应该重视高管团队的建设,提升企业履行社会责任的水平,助力企业绿色可持续发展战略目标的实现。 The decision divergence between the management and the stakeholders of the enterprise,resulted from the"positive externality"of technology spillover and the"negative externality"of environmental pollution in the process of corporate green innovation,can be channeled and resolved by strengthening the implementation of corporate social responsibility.Taking Chinese A-share listed companies as observation samples,an empirical test on the influencing factors of corporate green innovation has been made.The result shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the academic experience of senior executives and corporate green innovation;CSR has a partial mediating effect between the academic experience of senior executives and corporate green innovation.Compared with non-state-owned enterprises,the promoting effect of senior executives'academic experience on corporate green innovation is more significant in state-owned enterprises,and the promoting effect is more obvious in large enterprises than in small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,enterprises should attach importance to the construction of senior management team,improve the level of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,and help enterprises achieve the strategic goal of green and sustainable development.
