摘要
为解决四台矿通风机控制效果差、电能浪费严重的问题,综合对比各类调速方式的优劣性,最终确定采用变频调速方式为四台矿通风机控制系统改造的总体思路。基于Simulink软件验证了变频调速矢量控制的响应时间仅为0.2 s,波动范围仅为0.1%。根据现场通风量需求,确定变频器和PLC控制器的具体型号。实践表明,对四台矿通风机系统进行变频调速改造后,实现了通风机的软启动和宽范围调速,提升了通风机的控制效果,且每年节约电能约130.086万元,节能效果显著。
In order to solve the problem of poor control effect and serious waste of electric energy of Sitai Mine ventilators,the advantages and disadvantages of various speed regulation modes are comprehensively compared,and the general idea of using frequency conversion speed regulation mode for the transformation of Sitai Mine ventilator control system is finally determined.Based on Simulink software,it is verified that the response time of variable frequency speed regulation vector control is only 0.2 s,and the fluctuation range is only 0.1%.According to the demand of field ventilation,the specific models of frequency converter and PLC controller are determined.The practice shows that after the frequency conversion speed regulation transformation of the fan system in Sitai Mine,the soft start and wide range speed regulation of the fan are realized,the control effect of the fan is improved,and the annual energy saving is about 1.3086 million yuan,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
