摘要
针对大采深煤矿采煤工作面推进过程中巷道易变形,造成转载机挤占行人空间的问题,根据峰峰集团万年矿实际情况,研制了SZZ630/220窄型自移式转载机。该转载机是针对巷道比较窄且易变性的特殊地质条件研究开发的,采用门式迈步自移装置和整体结构窄型化设计,缩小了整机断面尺寸,实现快速迈步自移。应用结果表明,该转载机的研制与应用提高了转载机自身对巷道的适用性,节省了修复巷道的工作量,降低了工人劳动强度,实现了工作面的快速安全推进。
According to the actual situation of Wannian Mine of Fengfeng Group,the SZZ630/220 narrow self-moving loader is developed to solve the problem that the roadway is easy to deform during the advancing process of coal mining face in large mining depth coal mine,which causes the loader to occupy the pedestrian space.The loader is developed for the special geological conditions of narrow and variable roadways.The door-type self-moving device and the narrow design of the overall structure are adopted to reduce the section size of the whole machine and realize rapid self-moving.The practical results show that the development and application of the loader improve the applicability of the loader itself to the roadway,save the workload of repairing the roadway,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and realize the rapid and safe advancement of the working face.
