摘要
衬砌结构形式一直是盾构输水隧洞设计、施工中需要重点研究的问题。对国内已建盾构输水隧洞所采用的衬砌结构进行了分类总结,并以西霞院水利枢纽输水及灌区工程穿沁隧洞为例,对几种不同的衬砌结构从工程安全、施工工期和工程造价等方面进行全面技术经济比较。通过结构形式选择和受力分析,西霞院水利枢纽输水及灌区工程穿沁隧洞采用外衬管片与内衬钢筋混凝土结构联合受力的叠合衬砌结构技术上是合理可行的,结构是安全可靠的。这种衬砌结构与以往的内、外衬分离单独受力的双层衬砌结构相比,具有施工难度小、施工效率高、施工质量容易保证、工程造价低等优点,对于承担一定内水压力的盾构输水隧洞可推广使用。
The selection of lining structure has always been a focus issue in the design and construction of shield water transmission tunnels.In this paper,the lining structure types used in the existing shield tunnels in China were classified and summarized,and several different lining structures were comprehensively compared from the aspects of engineering safety,construction period and project cost by taking the Chua⁃nqin tunnel in the Xixiayuan Water Transmission and Irrigation project as an example.Through structural selection and force analysis,the superimposed lining structure used by the Chuanqin tunnel in the Xixiayuan Water Transmission and Irrigation project was technically reasona⁃ble and feasible,and the structure was safe and reliable.Compared with the previous double⁃layer lining structure with separate internal and external linings,this lining structure superimposed internal and external linings had the advantages of small construction difficulty,high construction efficiency,easy construction quality assurance,and low project cost,and could be promoted and used for shield water transmission tunnels that beard certain internal water pressure.
