国共关系视域下中共在甘肃陇东边区的成长

The Growth of the Communist Party of China in Gansu Long-dong from the Perspective of Relations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party

自八路军入驻陇东,甘肃国民党地方政府即对其保持着敏感而警惕的遏制之心,且其遏制政策随着抗战形势的变化而发生变化。然而,甘肃地方政府的遏制并未阻断中共在陇东边区的发展,在驻陇八路军的有力协助下,中共力量不仅由乡村延展至县城,而且在与国民党的军事对抗中态度坚定,在陇东问题交涉中据理力争。中共之所以能在陇东边区扎根和发展,其原因不仅在于国民党地方政府的沉暮及其行政人员的萎靡,更重要的是中共有着明确的奋斗目标,坚定的抗战理念,八路军的有力协助,以及一大批忠诚而优秀的基层党员干部深入农村。正是因中国共产党党政军民之间心灵相通,使得国民党地方政府在与共产党的博弈中无所适从。

Since the Eighth Route Army entered Long-dong,the local government of the Kuomintang in Gansu had kept a sensitive and vigilant manner,and its policy of containment changed with the changing situation of the Anti-Japanese War.However,the local government’s efforts in Gansu did not stop the Communist Party’s development in the Long-dong border area.With the strong assistance of the Eighth Route Army,the power of the Communist Party of China not only extended from the countryside to the county,but also had a firm attitude in the military confrontation with the Kuomintang and argued by the case in the negotiation of the Long-dong issue.Why the Communist Party of China could take root and develop in the Long-dong border area was not only because of the decline of the KMT local government and its administrative staff languish,more importantly,the Communist Party of China having a clear goal,a firm concept of the Anti-Japanese War,the powerful assistance of the Eighth Route Army,and a large number of loyal and excellent grass-roots party cadres deep into the countryside.It was precisely because of the spiritual connection between the CPC,the government,the army and the people that the local government of the Kuomintang was at a loss in the game with the Communist Party.
