摘要
隔震支座骨架板的平面度测定是决定隔震支座工作性能的关键,为了加强骨架板在生产过程中的平面度检测,设计了一种基于激光传感器的隔震支座骨架板平面度检测系统。该系统通过激光传感器扫描获得骨架板平面的点云数据,运用最小二乘法拟合空间平面得到理想平面,从而计算出骨架板的平面度。实验结果表明,隔震支座骨架板平面度检测系统可以快速精准地完成骨架板平面度的检测工作,计算方便快捷,系统稳定性好。
The flatness detection of the seismic isolation support skeleton plate is key in determining the performance of the seismic isolation support. In order to strengthen the flatness detection of the skeleton plate in the production process,a flatness detection system of seismic isolation support skeleton plate is designed based on laser sensor. The system obtains the point cloud data of the skeleton plate plane by scanning it with a laser sensor,and uses the least squares method to fit the space plane to obtain an ideal plane,so as to calculate the flatness of the skeleton plate. The experimental results show that the flatness detection system of the skeleton plate of the seismic isolation support can quickly and accurately detect the flatness of the skeleton plate. The calculation is convenient and quick,and the system is stable.
