摘要
文章以2022年世界体操锦标赛自由体操项目的技术动作为研究对象,采用综合分析法、专家访谈法、实地观察、问卷调查法等定量和定性相结合的研究方法,归纳其技术动作特征,旨在为运动员的训练和比赛提供参考。研究结果显示:专家非常重视安全问题;2022年世界体操锦标赛六项自由体操项目从最低要求到最高要求依次是支撑、手倒立、悬垂、旋翻、滚翻、摆动动作、腾越和静止动作;技术动作和技术特征之间存在着重要的关联关系。建议:确定自由体操项目技术分类标准时,应重视安全问题、增加技术要求、分类具体的技术要求,以及考虑技术动作和技术特征之间的关联关系等。
This study focuses on the technical mowement characteristics of the floor exercises at the 2022 World Gymnastics Championships.The quantitaive and qual iative research methods,including comprehensive analysis,expert interview,field observation and questionnaire survey,are used to determine the technical mowement characteristics of the project and provide reference for athlete training and cometitions.The results show that experts attach great importance to safety issues;The six floor exercises at the 2022 World Gymnastics Championships,,from the lowest to the highest requirements,are suppot,handstand,hang,twist turm,roll,swing part,vault and hold part;There is an important correlation between technical actions and technical characteristics.Suggestions:When determi ning the technical lassification standard of floor exercises,we should pay attention to safety issues,add technical requirements,classify speific techrical requirements and the correlation between technical mowes and technical characteristics.
