数智赋能视域下陕西省摔跤队复合型教练团队的构建研究

Team Building of Inter-Disciplinary Coaches of Shaanxi Provincial Wrestling Team from the Perspective of Numerical Intelligence I Empowerment

数智赋能是构建我国体育发展新格局的强力引擎,是有效促进运动训练科学化水平的重要手段,其中,复合型教练团队是保障数智赋能科学训练的基石。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对陕西省摔跤队教练团队建设状况与发展困境进行了解,通过数理统计与逻辑分析法,结合国内外先进理念、政策,提出一些有利于陕西省摔跤队复合型数智化教练团队构建的合理化建议,旨在以陕西省摔跤队教练团队为突破点,推动全省体育训练单位紧跟数智时代潮流,从而赢得新格局下的发展机遇。研究建议:完善教练团队成员构成,打造智能团队工作模式;减少团队内部沟通障碍,提高团队决策效率;标准化运行流程与智能化管理结合,助推多学科团队合作。

Digital iteligence empowerment is a powerful engine to build a new ptterm of sports development in China,and an important means to flectively promte the scientifie level of sports training Among them,the compound coach team is the comerstone to ensure the scientific training of digital intelligence empowerment.It aims to take the Shaanxi wrestling team as a breakthrough point,promote the provincial sports training units to follow the trend of the digital intelligence era,and win the development opportunities under the new patterm.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,the author understands the construction situation and development dilemma of Shaanxi wresting coach team.Through mathematical statistics and logical analysis,combined with advanced concepts and policies at home and abroad,the author puts forward some reasonable sugestions that are conducive to the construction of Shaanxi wrestling team complex digital and ineligent coach team.Research suggestions:improve the composition of coaching team members and create an iteligent team work.mode;Reduce intermal communication barriers and improwe team decision-making effciency;The combination of standardized operation process and intelligent managerment boosts multidisciplinary team cooperation.
