常态化疫情防控期间高校教师心理健康状况与体育锻炼关系研究 被引量:1

A Study of the Relationship Between the Mental Health Status of University Teachers and Physical Exercise During Normal Pandemic Prevention and Control

摘要 目的:了解常态化疫情防控期间高校教师心理健康状况与体育锻炼之间的关系,找出提高高校教师心理健康水平的有效体育锻炼对策。方法:以心理健康自评量表(SCL-90)和体育锻炼问卷为工具,通过随机抽样207名高校教师进行问卷调查,对调查数据利用SPSS25.0软件进行差异分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果:不同性别、年龄、学历在高校教师心理健康10项因子(躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其他症状)上均没有显著性差异(P>0.05),而不同职称在各项因子上均表现出显著性差异(P<0.05);各项因子与体育锻炼之间均有着显著的负向相关关系(P<0.05;r<0);体育锻炼对心理健康的各项因子均有着显著的负向影响(P<0.05;t<0)。结论:(1)高级职称教师的心理健康问题在高校教师中较为严重。(2)体育锻炼与心理健康的各项因子均具有显著的负向相关关系。(3)保持适当体育锻炼可以有效降低高校教师心理健康问题。 OBJECTIVE:To understand the relationship between the mental health status of univensity teachers and physical exercise during regular pandemic prevention and control,and to identify effective physical exercise countermeasures to improve the mental health of university teachers.METHODS:Using the Self-Rating Scale for Mental Health(SCL-90)and the Physical Activity Questionnaire as instruments,questionnaires were administered to a random sample of 207 university teachers,and the survey data were analysed for differences,correlation and regression using SPSS25.0 software.RESULTS:There were no signifcant diferences(p>0.05)between gender,age and education on any of the 10 factors of mental health(somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,intepersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychoticism,other symptoms)among university teachers,while different job titles showed significant differences(p<0.05)on each factor.;There was high negative correlation between all factors and physical exercise(P<0.05;r<0);physical exercise had a significant negative ffect on all factors of mental health(P<0.05;t<0).CONCLUSIONS:(1)Senior teachers among university teachers have more serious mental health problems.(2)There was high negative correlation between physical exercise and all factors of mental health.(3)Mai ntaining appropriate physical exercise can efectively reduce the mental health problems of university teachers.
