体教融合视域下快乐体操进校园SWOT分析及其发展策略

SWOT Analysis and Development Strategy of Happy Gymnastics on Campus in the Context of Integration of Sports with Education

本文运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法,剖析体教融合背景下快乐体操进校园的优劣势因素、机遇以及潜在的威胁,旨在提出相应的发展策略,助力快乐体操可持续发展。策略建议:增加体育教师培训次数,探索学校和省市体操运动队合作模式;大力推广“高参小”快乐体操模式;营造愉悦的教学氛围;强化教师风险安全意识,提高学生自我保护意识;增加快乐体操的比赛次数,以赛促练;以政策为导向,推动社会各界力量助力快乐体操发展;充分利用和开发快乐体操器材,优化器材购置路径,降低成本;加强快乐体操网络媒体建设,大力推广和宣传快乐体操理念。

Using literature data,expert interviews and other research methods,through SWOT analysis,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and potential threats of happy gymnastics entering the campus under the background of the integration of sports with education,and then propose corresponding development strategies to help happy gymnastics Enter the campus to promote the sustai nable development of happy gymnastics on campus.Strategios;increase the number of primery and middle school physical education teacher training,explore the cooperat ion model bet ween schools and provincial and municipal gymnastics teams;vigorously promote the"high-level participation and elementary school"happy gymnastics model,fully mobilize and utilize the professional teachers of colleges and universities;create a happy teaching process the learming atmosphere,do not overemphasize the specifications and quality of the movements;strengthen teachers'risk and safety awareness,strengthen student safety education,improwe self-protection awareness,and ecstablish a sound risk avoidance system;increase the mumber of happy gymnastics competitions and use competitions to promote training;policy-oriented,all sectors of society support each other and jointly promote the development of happy gymnastics;make full use of and develop happy gymnastics equipment and reduce costs;strengthen the construction of happy gymnastics network media,and vigorously promote the concept of happy grmnastics.
